MY WEEKLY FAVORITES 01

*KLIKNI ZA PREVOD*

Past few days have been crazy busy for me. Lot is happening…plenty of work, travels, meetings…not enough sleep, too much sitting, a bit of cold, too much food…

In those stormy moments  I try to stay calm and positive as much as possible. It’s not always easy to keep everything under control, but I’m giving my best.

I want to share with you some of the things that helped me get through the whole last stressfull week. Maybe you can find something interesting and helpful for yourself too. :)

  • FAVORITE BOOK :

Why Men Don’t Listen And Women Don’t Read Maps

This is a book I read a year it was published, quite a long time ago. :) It came to my mind one evening while surfing the internet in search of something that can make me laugh, and I decided to read it again. This is an amazing practical, humorous and easy-to-read book that can help you discover the truth about men and women,  and of course teach you what to do about it!! Warmly recomend it!! (you can shop this book in english HERE, na srpskom OVDE)

  • FAVORITE DRINK:

I caught a bit of flu last week and unfortunately staying at home was the last option for me. All I could do was take some good immune booster and get rid of a flu fast. A drink that literally saved my life was the one containing the following:  squeezed grapefruit, lemon, orange, grated ginger and 3 drops of origano oil. I consumed it twice a day for 3 days and cured myself immediatley and completely :D.

  • FAVORITE BEAUTY TRICK:

I was always wondering how to spray a perfume so it lasts long?! Looking for the answer I came across one article which stated that hair actually carries a perfume the best. The alcohol content present in a perfume can a bit dry out a hair, so rather than spritzing directly, mist onto a comb and pull through, so you will avoid this problem…I tried a few times so far, my hair is not damaged and the scent lasted until my next hair wash.

  • FAVORITE INTERNET DISCOVERY:

WHAT IS MY MOVIE?!” is a descriptive movie search engine which purpose is to present a new way of searching viedo content. If you can’t remember the name of the movie just try to describe it using your own words, or typing names of the actors, director, ect, and this site will find a title you are looking for. AWESOME THING!!

  •  FAVORITE CLOTHING ITEMS:

GUESS SNEAKERS: There is nothing better than  a comfy shoes/sneakers and plus if they are nice and stylish, the happiness is greater. Well, I finally found MY ”dream” sneakers, the one I was looking for a long, loooooong time. The most comfortable pair of sneakers ever!! HAND BAG: Mini bags have become my obsession lately. They’re small enough that they don’t get in the way, but they still have enough room to store all the main necessities like keys, wallet, phone, some make up….This lovely jellow bag was given to me as a gift and I fell in love instantly. I wore it to all my business meetings last week, but it goes perfectly with a casual outfit too.

MY BEST ADVICE FOR ANEMIA

*KLIKNI ZA PREVOD*

Anemia is a condition in which you don’t have enough healthy red blood cells to carry adequate oxygen to the body’s tissues. Having anemia may make you feel tired and weak.  I used to be among women who suffered from this bad condition, but fortunately this period is behind me. I found a great way to treat iron deficiency and I’m delighted to share it with you.

So all you need to do is drink once a day a smoothie made of the following ingredients:

  • 1 cup of berries (blueberries and blackberries, but you can  use as well raspberries, strawberries and/or other berries )
  • 3 small radish
  •  1 beet
  • 1/2 cup of a fresh spinach
  • 1 glass of water
  • 1/2 tablespoon of brewer’s yeast

anemia

Put in a blender berries, radish, spinach, beets, water and blend it. Then pour this mixture into one empty cup, add inside a brewer’s yeast, stir everything well with a teaspoon and drink it!!

It is so easy to make, you can find ingredients in all supermarkets (brewer’s yeast in the health food stores) and it literally makes wonders.

I warmly suggest you to try it if you struggle with anemia!!

Best regards,
